​Orders must be placed by 10:00am (MST) to ensure that your order is mailed out the same day. If you order after this time, it often will make same day mail outs but it not guaranteed. Please note, as a small business - on occasion shipping times may vary - We will ALWAYS add a note to the top of the page if shipping is adjusted for a day.

Orders ship on all weekdays except holidays. Tracking is sent by 6pm (mst) on every weekday.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the contents.

Return addresses are from a different business name.

We ship both Canada Post Expedited & Canada Post Xpresspost. Due to new raised gas surcharges with many Eastern locations, shipping prices have jumped to $40-$50. In those cases, delivery may take longer. We are working out options to keep all of our customers happy and also not raising our low prices.

Summer Months:

EDIBLES: Summer months can melt products in a mailbox in minutes.  They are temperature controlled for the transit and the melting happens when left outside in a mailbox for even a short period of time. This effects some products and not others (depending on the meltable ingredients). 

To prevent melting, at checkout you will be asked to please select:

 

Yes add a Signature (great for houses with community mailbox delivery). This may deliver to your door or require post office pickup (we have no say in how they deliver to you). We will insure all products for melting.

 

No Signature (great for Po Boxes and Apartments that have indoor product storage and less melt risk). Normal delivery and Onja is not responsible for any product heat melt.
