Covid 19 Update: We have been mailing out every weekday on time as always.

Canada Post continues to see significantly increased parcel volumes as Canadians adopt different shopping behaviors during COVID-19 (especially as we get closer to Christmas). Given the high volumes and the important safety measures in place throughout Canada Post, their on-time guarantee remains suspended. Any delay via Canada Post is out of our control and this is the same issue with EVERY company that is shipping online. Order early due to potential delays.

No one likes wait time, so we do daily shipments to get your Onja product to you as fast as possible.

We ship every weekday. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped on Monday (or the next business day). All tracking numbers are sent out at the end of the day ( before 6:00pm MST).

Orders must be placed by 10:00am (MST) to ensure that your order is mailed out the same day. If you order after this time, it often will make same day mail outs but it not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the contents. Return addresses often are from a clothing or supplement company.  We keep all your information private.

Please keep in mind that Canada Post does not deliver over weekends and holidays. If you place your order on Thursday night, it will be shipping Friday and delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (arriving Monday or Tuesday). Orders placed on the weekend on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Canada post does also take a bit longer to deliver to rural areas (outside of the big cities), Eastern clients also takes a bit longer for delivery. This is out of our control, but even with the FREE shipping, we send everything using Xpress post or Priority post (whichever is marked as the fastest delivery).

We are not responsible for replacing orders that have the wrong mailing address (please double check on checkout) or any items that are involved in postal theft.  Due to the much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Quebec and Nunavut, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk.


This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen. If a package is lost by Canada Post, we can help handle the investigation and cover the $100 product insurance that Canada Post covers. Please contact us if your package has not arrived before filing any complaints.



Usually 1-2 business day shipping (up to 7 to further northern and eastern locations) with Xpresspost / Priority shipping. All items are tracked and the delivery status can be checked online. We supply you with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. We do our best to get your orders shipped daily, but once it is in the mail we can not control the exact arrival time.

Due to COVID-19 Canada Post is still Delivering, but is not guaranteeing delivery dates. This may cause a longer delivery time for some orders. We have seen some longer delays for some of our clients - this is out of our control (as it is through Canada Post). We are still paying for the faster delivery option and mailing on time every weekday.... any delays are from staff shortage and delivery volumes at Canada Post.
