​Orders must be placed by 10:00am (MST) to ensure that your order is mailed out the same day. If you order after this time, it often will make same day mail outs but it not guaranteed. Please note on occasion shipping times may vary - We will ALWAYS add a note to the top of the page if shipping is adjusted for a day.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the contents. Return addresses often are from a different business name.  We keep all your information private.

Shipping update NOV 2025 - We have been using both purolator and Canada Post. Canada Post's rotating strike is only impacting a location at a time and we have not seen it have a delay on our deliveries. We have also seen purolator be overwhelmed with volume and "out for delivery" and then reschedule. We have been bouncing between providers to offer you the quickest and most reliable delivery. Canada post same day cut off is 3 hours after purolators, so we do favor Canada Post for the ability to ship more orders, cater to our rural clients and we feel they have been more reliable (even with this rotating strike). At this time we will be shipping Canada Post, but if you need purolator delivery - please let us know or add a note to the order so we can do our best to accommodate you.
